Don Gilfoyle

Director & Principal Consultant

Don is the director and principal consultant at Beaconrisk and founded the company 15 years ago. With 25 years senior experience in health & safety, Don is a highly qualified health & safety professional. Don previously worked in construction, and therefore has a great understanding of the importance of health & safety in such industries.

Rob Gilfoyle

Health & Safety Consultant

Rob specialises in supporting clients through their accreditation and provides day-to-day health & safety advice. Before working at Beaconrisk, Rob was a groundskeeper for 18 years and has hands on experience on grounds and landscaping. His favourite books are The Impulsers Autobiography, Bear Grylls: Blood, Sweat and Tears and the Jay Z Autobiography. When Rob isn’t working, he likes to play golf, spend time with his family and catch up with his friends.

Jo Fisher

Health & Safety Consultant

As a consultant, Jo supports clients with their accreditations, such as CHAS & Constructionline and organises health & safety training. Before Beaconrisk, Jo worked in both office management and as an events planner. She is an enormous Disney fan and her favourite films are Dumbo, The Proposal and The Help. She likes the fact that health & safety is a growing industry and enjoys working at Beaconrisk.

Gemma Stanway

Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager, Gemma manages all of our social media platforms, is responsible for choosing branding, designs webmail, generating sales leads and creating and maintaining relations with new clients and returning clients. Gemma Studied English Language & Linguistics at King’s College, London and previously worked as an Estate Agent and as a GCSE & KS3 English tutor.

Craig Kell

Business Development Support

Craig assists the Business Development Manager with admin, data entry and sometimes social media! Studied Film & Media at University and has a critical eye for different film subjects and has previously worked in admin. His top three films are Lord of the Rings, The Dark Knight and Planes, Trains & Automobiles. He thinks Beaconrisk is “a fun environment to work in, the system runs really well and we all get on great.”

Geoff Jones

Finance Assistant

Geoff is responsible for invoicing clients, cash flow and credit control. Before working at Beaconrisk, Geoff worked in industry, then trained in Accountancy and now works for Beaconrisk part time. His favourite films are Zulu, The Italian Job and all Disney films. Geoff enjoys working in the team and thrives seeing business growing. When Geoff isn’t working, he likes to go swimming, walking and enjoys looking after his grandchildren.
